Through your recruitment consultant, you will have immediate access to the largest automotive-only recruitment database in the UK. Shortlisted candidates will be immediately notified of your vacancy by e-shot, followed-up by direct contact to identify candidates who are firmly interested.

Pre-screened candidates

Once identified, our stringent selection process will ensure that only those candidates who fully meet the criteria of the role will be presented for consideration. We will have assessed their full skill set, employment history and, more relevantly, their overall suitability for your business; as well as their motivation for applying for the position. Only after we are fully satisfied that a candidate is perfectly matched and interested in your role will we submit them for interview.

Formatted CVs

All of our candidates will have a Perfect Placement CV. This standardised approach will enable you to quickly identify the key attributes and draw comparisons between the selections of candidates we present. All CVs will be accompanied by a commentary which will include a brief profile that not only focuses on relevant experience, but also highlights current salary expectations, interview availability and most importantly, confirming their firm interest in being considered for your vacancy.

Feedback

In order to attract and represent the ‘best of the best’ automotive candidates, it is essential that we keep them informed of the progress of their application. Where possible, we ask for feedback, be it positive or negative, within 24 hours of the CV being submitted. We pass this back to our candidates immediately.

Interview Confirmation

All candidates selected for interview will be advised initially by telephone. We will then agree a mutually convenient time and date which will be confirmed in writing to both parties. We will contact both parties on interview day to reconfirm the arrangements.

Same-day interview feedback

All candidates are contacted immediately after the interview to obtain their crucial feedback. This will be passed on to you diligently enabling you to form your final opinions on who is the most suited candidate for your business. Equally, we pledge to our candidates that they will receive honest and objective feedback promptly, regardless of the outcome. Your assistance with this is vitally important.

Offer of Employment

We will oversee all stages of making an offer of employment, including salary negotiations, ensuring that the process is handled in a professional and timely manner. Should we encounter any concerns, you will be notified immediately and if necessary, advice will be given on the alternative options.

Constant Contact

Upon acceptance of the offer, we will maintain constant contact with the successful candidate, assisting with the resignation from their current position and guiding them through their notice period. Should we encounter any problems whatsoever, you will be notified immediately.

Placement Aftercare

Your recruitment consultant at Perfect Placement will remain in contact with your new employee for the first three months of their employment to ensure that the transition into your business, and their new post, is smooth and without problems. Should we identify anything that concerns us, you will be notified immediately to avoid unnecessary escalation and we will assist in finding a swift resolution. After this period, we will never approach them.
