Nathan moved to Norwich in 2004 to attend UEA gaining a 2:1 in American History and Politics, which included a year abroad attending the University of Oregon, before completing an MA in American History.
Throughout his time at UEA, and since graduating, Nathan has been actively involved in American Football, playing 4 years for the UEA Pirates (where he is now Head Coach) before joining the Norwich Devils and more recently the Cambridgeshire Cats where he continues to play today.
After graduating Nathan worked in restaurants and bars before joining Perfect Placement in 2012. The customer focus of bar work and the competitive nature gained from his experience in American Football, and previously Rugby, give Nathan the drive to be the best at what he does in providing top quality service to clients and candidates to gain the best possible outcome in the recruitment process.
Originally joining as a Recruitment Executive, covering one of the busiest areas in the company, Nathan was promoted to Regional Recruitment consultant in November 2012 and has been responsible for managing Scotland since. Nathan counts holding the company record for placing the most candidates in one week amongst his proudest achievements whilst at Perfect Placement.
Outside of work, Nathan is a keen comic book reader, his favourite titles currently include Green Lantern, Batman, Saga, Lazarus and Thor (amongst many others), he is also heavily involved in playing and coaching American Football.
