The Infrastructure Engineer role is responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks. You will install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the business’s operating environment.
You’ll also maintain the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure. This includes monitoring the operating environments; responding to incidents, problems and planning for growth.
You’ll be expected to take on the role of Digital Marketing Manager for a number of different organisations and businesses, whilst working within our client’s organisation.
You’ll be responsible for assisting our client’s customers set up, manage and increase their digital marketing platforms.
You’ll be responsible for making sure it all works! From small software changes to major overhauls, you’ll be working with a team of developers to make sure our client’s software works seamlessly with their customers’ IT infrastructure and does what it is meant to do!
You will be working within our client’s development team to deliver sophisticated web applications for one specific industry.
The production of robust, tested, quality code is paramount and reflects our client’s commitment to delivering software of the very highest quality. You will be working in a highly agile team that care for the longevity of the code they write and the software platform they are building using up to date software and tools.
As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be working in a fast paced environment investigating and ultimately solving sometimes simple sometimes complex technical questions that a customer may have or they might be experiencing a user issue that needs explaining in a simple and clear way. Either way, you’ll be trained to help!
This is the ideal job for someone who has an understanding of software development, perhaps in a junior developer position but wants a more diagnostic role, you’ll be expected to be both polite and friendly on the phone and of course be able to quickly build rapport with customers who require above all else empathetic solutions to their current software issues.
