Perfect Placement have been leading the way in Automotive recruitment for over 16 years, it’s fair to say it’s a huge passion of ours and of everyone who works for us.

Starting as a family run business in 2003 we’ve been fortunate to have experienced a fantastic level of success and with that, growth across our teams. We now employ more than 60 members of staff but have managed to keep a strong family feel to our operation.

We run a tight ship and expect a lot from our team after all, you don’t win the title of Recruitment Agency of the Year by being average. However, as employers we are committed to showing our staff just how much they are valued and how much we appreciate the hard work they put in.

We believe heavily in growing our own talent and it’s great to have keen young people looking to develop a career whilst enhancing their skill set.  We currently have 3 Apprentices working in our Recruitment Support team and it has been a pleasure to see them develop their skills.

  • The Friday Feeling – Friday’s are a special day in the Perfect Placement office. Not only do we give everyone an early finish by closing the offices at 4pm we also open our fully stocked drinks fridge for everyone to toast to the hard work they’ve put in that week! The Friday feeling at its finest.

  • Giving Back – Another passion of ours is to help those in need and we actively encourage our staff to take part in fundraising activities and events. In 2018 and 2019 we took part in Nelson’s Journey’s 20Twenty which saw Twenty local companies pledge their support to collectively raise £20,000 for this incredible charity. Both years we absolutely smashed our target through a variety of activities including a team of Perfect Placement employees jumping out of a plane!!
