An Update from the Team at Perfect Placement - COVID19

Given the current and unprecedented circumstances, the whole team at Perfect Placement would like to provide you with an update to how we are handling COVID-19.

We’d like to let you know that we are still operating our business as usual. We are prepared and equipped to allow remote working to ensure the Recruitment Service we offer the Motor Trade is uninterrupted and that we can continue assisting those of you who are looking for a new job, or a new member of staff.

We have ensured that we have equipped our staff to work from home with full access to all of our systems. This allows us to continue to treat job applications and vacancy requests exactly the same as if we were sat at our desks in the office. You can still phone the same number as before and be put through to your Recruitment Consultant or a member of our Support Team who will able to assist with your enquiry.

We will continue to work on filling the vacancies we have been given by our Clients and speaking to our Candidates about the opportunities we have available. We are still happy to book interviews and are happy to help accommodate different interview methods, including conference calls that we can be part of (albeit muted) or video calls through software such as Skype.

We would like to reassure those of you in the offer stage that we are liaising regularly with both parties involved to ensure that all updates relating to your new job, or new employee, can be relayed in a timely and concise manner.

As a company, our staff welfare is paramount, and we have taken several measures to ensure our workplace is kept to the highest standard of hygiene as well as allowing home working. We are following the latest developments and government advice on a daily basis to ensure we are acting both sensibly and practically.
