Over the last year, we have seen a steady increase in the number of vacancies we have advertised across the whole of the UK. In fact, recent research shows that from June 2013 to June 2014 the amount of jobs advertised across the Automotive Industry in the UK alone has risen by 136.7%.

The UK Car market is in recovery and is at the strongest points it has been in a long time. We have found that a lot of Dealerships, across the whole UK, are expanding across all departments to ensure they are able to cope with the rising demand from their customers.

Whilst this growth is positive for the UK Car Market, there appears to be a shortage of skilled Motor Trade Professionals. So how can we resolve this?
