Aftersales Advisor – Hinckley
  • Basic: £24,500
  • Monday–Friday | 38.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join a leading car supermarket. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll be the link between customers, warranty providers, and repair agents — ensuring every interaction delivers outstanding service.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Coordinating efficiently between customers, warranty providers, and repair agents
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries quickly and professionally
  • Managing customer complaints with empathy and clear communication
  • Providing regular updates and clear advice throughout the repair or claims process
  • Ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met to a high standard
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role (motor trade experience desirable)
  • Confident communicator with strong PC and administration skills
  • Personable and professional approach with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Technical or vehicle knowledge is advantageous but not essential
