Are you passionate about vehicle sales and eager to drive your career forward? We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join a thriving main dealer. With a busy, rapidly expanding environment this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy team and maximise your earning potential.

As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your car sales experience to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve impressive targets. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £20,000 with an on-target earning (OTE) of £50,000+, reflecting your sales success. You will work Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week and Sundays on a rota basis, 

Key responsibilities include managing a considerable inventory of used vehicles on-site, engaging customers effectively, and driving sales excellence within a vibrant dealership setting.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in car sales, ideally as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Main Dealer experience 
  • Knowledge of the Dorset and surrounding markets
  • Additional certifications related to automotive sales
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealership environment
Other Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as scheduled
  • Willingness to learn and adapt as the dealership expands its offerings
