Join our client whos is currently recruiting a skilled Vehicle Master Technician to join a reputable dealership in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Benefits of the Vehicle Master Technician role include:
  • Competitive basic salary of £51,000 per annum
  • Average monthly bonus ranging from £400 to £1200
  • Guaranteed bonus of £600 per month for the first six months
  • Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a Saturday morning rota paid as overtime
  • Relocation package available, negotiable depending on the candidate
  • Potential to earn OTE of £60,000 annually
Duties of the Vehicle Master Technician include:
  • Conducting vehicle diagnostics and repairs to high standards
  • Servicing and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Accurately diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions
  • Ensuring all work complies with current safety and manufacturer standards
  • Keeping detailed service and repair records
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent customer service
Candidate criteria for the Vehicle Master Technician position:
  • Ideally qualified as a Master Technician with Renault training preferred
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a reputable dealership environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop
  • Full driving licence
  • Passionate about maintaining high standards of vehicle repair and customer service
