- Performing high-quality SMART repairs on vehicles directly at customer locations
- Fixing scuffs, scratches, dents, and paint damage using specialised techniques and equipment
- Assessing damage and advising customers on repair options
- Managing your schedule efficiently to complete repairs within designated timeframes
- Maintaining equipment and adhering to health and safety standards
- Keeping accurate records of repairs and parts used
- Ensuring all work complies with industry quality and safety standards
- Proven experience as a Smart Repairer, Paint Sprayer, or equivalent position
- Strong knowledge of paint repair techniques, filler repairs, and bodywork methods
- Hands-on experience with water-based paints and 2K clearcoats
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel
- Relevant qualifications in automotive repairs, paint spraying, or SMART repairs
- Practical industry experience of at least 2 years is highly desirable
