Assistant Aftersales Manager Required in Epsom for Car Dealership 
Pay: £36,000 - £39,000 Basic DOE + Bonus 
Hours: 45 hours per week with Saturday mornings on a rota basis 

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a reputable car dealership in Epsom, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in automotive aftersales management to take the next step in their career.

Duties
  • Assist the Aftersales Manager in overseeing the operations of the Service Department
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve departmental KPIs and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Efficiently utilise all available resources to optimise departmental performance
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer service standards
  • Plan and manage staff rotas, ensuring sufficient coverage to meet operational demands
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members to foster a high-performing team
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and care
Candidate spec
  • Proven experience in a main dealer environment, meeting KPIs and driving process improvements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of aftersales operations and customer service standards
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards
  • Full UK driving licence
