- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop team
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their journey
- Keep customers updated on vehicle progress, repairs, and additional work requirements
- Prepare estimates, explain repair costs, and process payments
- Promote and sell additional work identified through Vehicle Health Checks
- Quote and sell service plans to improve customer retention
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up contact and feedback requests
- Utilise dealership systems and processes to maintain accurate records
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, or similar customer-facing automotive role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales and upselling ability
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Comfortable using digital systems and dealership software
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
