Our Client, a Main Dealer Group with Multiple sites across the UK with over 60 years of trading within the automotive trade are seeking a customer focused Service Advisor to join to join their friendly and busy team.
 
As a group they represent a number of manufacturers; at Hastings you will be predominantly focused working with one of the oldest established vehicle manufacturers & distributers.
 
This Service Advisor role is a great opportunity to join a thriving team, assisting with the guidance of customers through their aftersales journey.

 Duties of a Service Advisors with our Client:
  • Agrees the details of the work due to be carried out with the customer
  • Builds rapport and qualifies the customer’s requirements
  • Liaises with the workshop to deliver agreed jobs set
  • Updates the customer throughout the process, and ensures customer satisfaction on completion
  • Works as a full member of the dealership team.
