Paint Sprayer – Permanent Role
  • Based in the Glasgow Area
  • Basic Salary - Up to £40,000 doe
  • Team Bonus – OTE Up to £50,000
  • Full-Time – Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

We’re currently working with a busy accident repair centre in the Glasgow area that’s looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Paint Sprayer. This is a full-time, permanent position offering strong earning potential, no weekend work, and a stable, well-equipped working environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer:
  • Complete all preparation, masking, and painting to a high standard
  • Ensure excellent colour matching and paint finish
  • Follow correct procedures for safe paint use and handling
  • Maintain a clean and organised work bay
  • Use appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Contribute to a collaborative workshop environment and assist colleagues where needed
The Ideal Paint Sprayer Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop environment
  • ATA accreditation preferred but not essential
  • Strong eye for detail and pride in delivering quality work
  • Good understanding of paint application methods and materials
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
