- £35,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission – OTE £70,000
- 5 days across Monday to Sunday
- Standard hours: 10am – 7pm

With a strong volume of footfall driven by a dedicated Telesales team and extensive online presence; this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and the drive to earn uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities as the Car Sales Manager:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Sales team
- Support and coach team members to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct second-facing duties and close sales effectively
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered at every stage
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations (training provided)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Used Car Sales, ideally within a Car Supermarket environment
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve strong performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Process-driven with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a team
- FCA Accredited or willingness to become accredited
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Professional and presentable appearance.
