- Basic Salary up to £35,000 DOE-£38,200 OTE
- Monday – Friday with occasional weekend cover
Key Responsibilities as an Assistant Centre Manager:
- Support the Centre Manager with the daily running of the site
- Help manage workloads, staffing, and operational targets
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are met at all times
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members to deliver top-quality service
- Provide an excellent customer experience, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Maintain compliance with company processes and policies
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the automotive or fast-fit sector
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic salary up to £35,000 DOE
