- Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + £40,000 OTE with performance-based bonuses
- Hours: Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30, Saturday mornings (08:30–13:00) on rota

- Conduct MOT tests in strict compliance with VOSA (DVSA) standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Perform comprehensive vehicle servicing, including routine maintenance, MOT failure repairs, nothing to heavy.
- Execute repairs across a range of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, suspension, and electronics
- Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating technical information clearly to clients when required
- Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment
- A valid MOT Testing Licence (essential)
- Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) in vehicle mechanics or a related field.
- Proven expertise in vehicle diagnostics, electronics, and general servicing
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a professional demeanour
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities
- A proactive, organised approach to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
