Roles and Responsibilities as a Sales Executive:
  • Guide customers through the complete vehicle buying journey from initial enquiry through to handover
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through telephone activity, events, and follow-up activity
  • Maintain accurate customer records and enquiry management systems
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and keep up to date with manufacturer training
  • Recommend suitable finance, insurance, and additional products to customers
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times
  • Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets
