Our client, a well-established and fast-paced independent garage group covering the Derby and Nottingham areas, is looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their busy sites. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional with strong leadership skills to join a successful business and play a key role in its continued growth.

- Lead, motivate, and support technicians, service advisors, and support staff
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times
- Manage workshop productivity, efficiency, and workflow
- Monitor performance targets and drive branch profitability
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Previous management experience within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of workshop operations and aftersales processes
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Customer-focused with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
