I joined Perfect Placement in July 2022, as part of progression following completion of my Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship in January 2022.

Working alongside James Gilchrist, I look after our Motor Trade recruitment in Dorset and Yeovil. 

Prior to Perfect Placement, my background was as an Apprenticeship Mentor working within Norfolk and supporting young people to help them on their journey to get an Apprenticeship. Before that, I was working as a Warehouse Operative for an Appliance Spares company in Norwich, where I gained a Level 2 in Warehousing & Storage.

All this experience helped me develop to have great customer service skills, strong knowledge of the recruitment industry and producing a high quality of work. I am a friendly individual who has great organisation skills and time management to deliver a great Motor Trade Recruitment service for you.

You can depend on me to handle the process of sourcing your perfect candidate. I will do everything I can to make it as simple as possible and for what best suits you when it comes to delivering you the highest quality of candidates.

In my own time, I am a big football fan and lifelong Norwich City supporter. I enjoy watching a variety of sports including F1, tennis and more. I also play tennis with friends in my spare time also.
