I joined Perfect Placement in 2022 as Regional Recruitment Consultant, looking after Automotive Recruitment for the West Midlands and Worcestershire area.

I hold combined experience in recruitment and the motor industry, holding extensive knowledge in customer service. I have a strong understanding of the Motor Trade, previously covering roles as a Service Advisor and working in the Business Development team in the Essex and Norwich area.

I enjoy building relationships with candidates and clients, but most of all love being part of a life changing experience for the candidate. I focus on making the process efficient, enjoyable and friendly from start to finish for both the candidate and client. I hold strong attention to detail and I am always passionate to succeed in everything I do.

I have previous experience in Cabin Crew, and working with behaviour team in a secondary school. My past experience has taught me how to communicate with people from all different backgrounds.
