I joined Perfect Placement in January 2013 after completing a Degree in Business Management. Prior to joining Perfect Placement, I was working with a Leading National Retailer and partook in their Graduate Management Scheme, enjoying promotion to Deputy Brand Manager.
I initially joined Perfect Placement as an Automotive Recruitment Executive and it soon became apparent that I had a natural flair for Recruitment. I swiftly enjoyed a promotion to Regional Recruitment Consultant and then onto Principal Recruitment Consultant role looking after Berkshire, Oxfordshire and West London alongside two Recruitment Executives.
I have now taken on the exciting role of Managing Consultant covering a large area including Bristol, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset, East and West Sussex, Hampshire, Somerset, Wiltshire and West London.
I will be mentoring and managing a team of eight Recruitment Specialists each of these operates within specific sectors within the motor trade. This includes Commercial Vehicle and Logistics Specialists, Accident and Repair Specialists, Workshop Specialists and Sales and Customer Service Specialists.
Having managed a smaller team within my previous role the challenge of taking on a larger area with eight sector specialists is a really exciting prospect.
I feel that I am a natural mentor and pride myself on teaching others the best possible way in which to recruit.
I have a very honest approach to recruitment, a strong communicator, I have built an excellent knowledge and understanding of what my candidates and clients are looking for, enabling myself to provide both with the perfect solution to their recruitment requirements.
In my spare time, I love to travel, having visited South Africa, Sri Lanka, Australia, Canada, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, America and many European cities. My absolute pride and joy is my dog, Alfie the Cockapoo – I adore him and he comes everywhere he can with me, my little sidekick! More recently I have gained another little sidekick; my daughter Poppy Rae. Alfie and Poppy are already the best of friends (thank goodness)
