Service Retention Executive Needed for Lincoln Main Dealer.

Basic Salary up to £20,000.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1800, 1 in 3 Saturdays 0900-1300.

Our main dealer client is seeking to recruit a Service Retention Executive to join its team in Lincoln.

The Role:

- Make outbound service bookings for new and potential customers.
- Follow up on customers results in their Vehicle Health Check.
- Take inbound service bookings.
- Work to, hit and exceed targets.

What you need:

- Experience in dealing with inbound and outbound queries in a high volume telephone role.
- Knowledge of the motor trade and the service department.
- Experience within a motor trade service department in a similar role, ideally 3 years of it.
- A solid work ethic and problem-solving mentality.
