A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an Accounts Assistant for our client's franchise approved car dealership in Cardiff!
Reporting to the Dealer Accountant and working as part of a small team, in the role of an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the input of purchase ledger invoices, the preparation of daily banking and posting of ledgers, bank statement posting to ledgers, bank statement postings, petty cash recording, cheque payment postings, reconciliation of control accounts and bank reconciliations alongside other ad-hoc administration duties.
In order to be eligible you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Cardiff and have current or recent experience within a similar accounts role.
You will need to be computer literate (ideally with Kerridge/ADP experience), be a team player, and have a methodical and organised approach to your workload. Any experience in the automotive industry would be highly beneficial to our client.

- Starting salary up to £20,500 per annum pending experience plus bonus earned.
- 22 days annual annual leave plus the bank holidays which increases over length of service.
