Are you an experienced Warranty Claims Specialist in Leeds? Are you looking for a new role as a Warranty Claims Specialist in Leeds?
Our client in Leeds, who is looking to hire an experienced Warranty Administrator for their busy Company.
Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator for our Client:
- Producing claims for work covered by Warranty by submission to the manufacturer
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
- Following up on warranty issues
- Answering Warranty related queries
To fulfil this Warranty Claim Specialist role, you will use your mechanical knowledge to assist dealers, service centres and vehicle owners on diagnosing a vehicle fault over the phone, depending on the outcome, it will be for you to decide whether the fault is a warranty claim or not. Using all the powers you have available, it is imperative you do all you can to find a solution to the claim ensuring a positive customer service at all times.
