Land Consultant Required for Commercial Property Estate Agency

- £20k Basic Salary - £35k OTE
- Based in South East London
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm - No Weekends

Our client is an Estate Agency that specialises in Commercial Property. Due to growth, they are looking for an additional member of staff.

Job Role:

The position is to be a Land Consultant and to be part of a team and establishing our client as a leading commercial and development agency business in London and the Home Counties.

The role involves identifying and approaching potential opportunities using various methods (out site searching, using online software, using existing agency contacts) with a view of arranging meetings with landowners to advise them on how we can achieve maximum value for them. Your goal is ultimately to generate agency fees from selling or buying property for clients. You will be paid commissions on your fees.

You will be required to attend site meetings, draft sales particulars, host viewing appointments, negotiate deals through to completion, fee payment and assisting members of the team.

Company Benefits:

You will be employed as a consultant and therefore responsible for your own tax liability, raising an invoice each month, plus any commission paid into the company that month.
Nominal bonuses will also be paid based on overall company and personal performance.
20 days holiday (on top of Christmas break).
Oyster card for work-related use, including commuting.
Petrol card for work-related use, excluding commuting.
6 month probationary period
Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm, from time to time you may be required to attend events or meetings outside of these hours.
2 optional days working from home per week.
