Our client is a leading retailer of Prestige New & Used Vehicles, who recognise that the customer’s experience and journey through the sales process towards owning a new car is different every time, however every time it should be an amazing experience.
Recognising the importance of providing a World Class customer experience and of retaining customers to the business, this Customer Retention Executive role will, through positive outbound contact which is disciplined, carefully planned and managed end to end, seek to enhance the customer retention with the business and the brand.
In this Customer Retention Executive role, you will be part of a small team responsible for making outbound contacts with guests following on from targeted marketing campaigns or to discuss next steps relating to their ongoing finance agreements. This can include creating and sending video’s, communicating over the phone or using virtual meeting platforms.
The objective of these communications is to sell cars remotely, secure appointments for branch visits or at least to agree positive next contact with the guest. The Manager and Assistant Manager handle the more complex queries and transactions - with the Product Genius providing support and information.
The successful Customer Retention Executive will need a confident telephone manner that is warm and friendly. You will be confident using virtual meeting platforms and explaining their use to others in a simple and straightforward manner. You will have a positive disposition with a genuine desire to help people. Equally, you will be sufficiently resilient to cope with objections and rejection – a fundamental part of any job involving outbound contact making.
You may have a background in call centre operations, finance / banking or automotive and will embrace the responsibility of working in a highly compliant sector - as this role is underpinned by both GDPR and FCA / TCF legislation.
