- Earning potential is depending on experience in the position and industry knowledge.
- Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday morning rota.
- Opportunity to join a growing main dealer group who work with a number of manufacturers locally.
The main focus of the role is to provide support to the Aftersales Manager in the day to day management of the Service Department, focusing on the workshop primarily.
This will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resource of your team.
You will assign Technicians to tasks ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to. Work must be completed to the highest standard and aligned to the manufacturers requirements.
There will also be an element of speaking with customers on a regular basis, strong customer service and communication skills are a must!
My client is looking for somebody who has done this role in a franchised dealership previously with a proven record in managing technicians in a busy workshop.
The ideal candidate will also come from a technical background, having progressed from their NVQ Level 3 training in to more senior positions in a busy main dealer workshop.
