Our client is looking for a General Sales Manager with a recent proven track record from a Franchise Dealer background for their sales team in Bournemouth.
What’s required is someone who is very process driven, ambitious and hands-on as well as giving excellent direction, motivating and managing the team to enable them to produce great results that are prevalent at other dealerships within the group.
The role as a Brand Manager requires you to:
- Manage and motivating the Sales team to ensure that they meet sales, F&I and customer care targets.
- Help to direct the sales team in using the sales process and provide advice.
- Hands on support in controlling the sale to achieve volume and margin objectives.
- Dealing with second facing customers and the F&I elements of a sale.
- Continually train and develop the sales team to ensure maximum efficiency.
The successful candidate must have demonstrated the following attributes:
- A recent proven track record as a Sales Manager from within a franchise dealer.
- A reputation in the industry to deliver bigger and better results.
This is an interesting yet challenging role and would suit ideally a Sales Manager from a Main Dealer environment who wants a challenge!
For your hard work you will be rewarded with an OTE of £60,000.
Main Dealer sales management experience is essential to the role.
