Sales Administrator - Maternity Cover 12-18 Months

- Oxford Based 
- £30,000 Salary 
- Monday-Friday Working Hours 

We are seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our Client's well-established Business in Oxford 

Working within the Sales Administration team, the role is to work closely with and providing general administrative support to  the Sales Manager's

The Sales Administrator main responsibilities will include:

- Ordering Equipment
- Processing Sales Tickets
- Processing Finance Quotes
- Raising Finance Documents
- Chasing Finance Houses for Pay-Outs
- Processing Stock Orders
- Supporting Adhoc requests that come into Sales Admin Inbox
- Allocating Finance and Customer Deposits Payments
- Updating Deals in process so that everyone is aware of the status of the deal
- Supporting the Finance Manager/Directors
- Work closely with the sales team
- Raising Invoice and Credit notes for customer accounts and finance house

Previous experience of working in a Sales Coordination or Support role is essential and a knowledge of Asset Finance helpful.

The right Sales Administrator will have the below skills:

- A “Can-Do” attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc with the ability to quickly learn to use new, previously unfamiliar software)
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Attention to details and accuracy
