Our client is currently seeking a Service Reception Manager to join their Service Department within their Automotive Franchised Dealership in Ruislip Area to assist the running of their Aftersales Team.
To be a suitable applicant for this Service Reception Manager position, you must already have managerial experience within a Similar Role, you must have great knowledge of the motor trade and service department. If you are currently a Service Advisor, you will have minimum 3 years’ experience with some knowledge of workshop practices.
To be successful in this Service Reception Manager position it is crucial that you have both excellent communication skills and great team leading skills. The successful Service Reception Manager will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team.
As a Service Manager you will enjoy all the responsibility of team leadership and business development and the rewards of being a manager for a worldwide leading franchise.
