We are seeking a Claims Handler to join our Client’s well-established Bodyshop Call Centre!
Our client’s focus is on their people, they know that to keep this level of success they need a strong team in place and they believe heavily in nurturing their staff and providing them with state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive management in place.
Our Client is offering the successful Claims Handler:
- A competitive Basic Salary of up to £23,500 + bonus!
- Working hours Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with alternate Saturday mornings!

Duties of a Claims Handler:
- Update customers with all aspects of notifications received for accidents
- To ensure all customer records are checked and updated on each contact
- To identify key opportunities internally and externally
- To follow up customer calls when necessary
- To work closely with the aftersales departments
What our Client expects of their Claims Handler:
- Articulate and excellent telephone manner
- Full UK Driving License
- The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Creative, practical and able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
