- Basic salary in the region of £21,000 (DOE) + annual bonus.
- Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. No weekends!
- Opportunity to join a growing department in Birmingham.
My client is looking for an experienced customer service advisor from the Motor Trade. Ideally you will have experience from either a Fleet or Leasing background in the Automotive Industry.
The Service Advisor will need to be a confident individual who can adapt and deal with a range of customer service responsibilities.
The Service Advisor must have a strong telephone manner and have the ability to write professional emails.
The Service Advisors day to day responsibilities will largely consist of speaking with customers and referring them to the correct department, a series of administrative duties as well as offering support across the company as and when required. This is a varied job role for this growing company where there is certainly opportunity to progress through the ranks!
This is an office-based position on the East side of Birmingham, therefore ideal candidates will be able to commute to this area easily.
