Paint Sprayer required om Portsmouth

- Basic Salary up to £35,000 (Negotiable Dependent on experience) OTE £40,000+
- Large ARC Group
- Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 – Some Flexibility on Start/Finish Times

Our Client is a family owned Accident Repair Group with over 100 years of automotive trading, they have a great reputation in the local area for quality work, 4+ Stars on Google and a BSI Approved Bodyshop.

They are seeking a Paint Sprayer to join their team! This a great opportunity to join a thriving part of the accident repair business. Our Client offers a fully equipped workshop with regular updating of equipment.

Duties of Paint Sprayer with our Client

- Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
- Following safety procedures
- Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.
- Some work may also be carried out in: Smart Repairs, Alloy Wheel Repairs, Glass Repairs, Trim & Leather Repairs, Minor Panel Repair
- You will ensure regular 1 to 1’s and quarterly reviews are undertaken in a timely manner and ratings are correctly applied.
 
What our Client expects of their Paint Sprayer

- You will have either a recognized qualification in an Accident Repair/Bodyshop capacity, OR time served experience.
- You will have a previous working experience in a Paint Sprayer role within a busy bodyshop
- The ability to produce a high quality of Paint repair from start to finish.
- You must also have your own equipment and guns.
