Paint Sprayer required in Hailsham 

- Basic Salary up to £35,000 (Negotiable Dependent on experience) OTE £40,000+
- Large Prestige Dealer ARC

Our Client is a well-established automotive dealer group, operating over 70 sites nationally and global presence is seeking an experience Panel Beater for their friendly team based in Hailsham.

Duties of Paint Sprayer with our Client

- Preparing and priming bodywork to manufacturers' specification.
- Mixing and colour-matching, painting all repaired areas to a high standard, and polishing as appropriate.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

What our Client expects of their Paint Sprayer

- You will have either a recognized qualification in an Accident Repair/Bodyshop capacity, OR time served experience.
- You will have a previous working experience in a Paint Sprayer role within a busy bodyshop
- The ability to produce a high quality of Paint repair from start to finish.
- You must also have your own equipment and guns
- Preparing and priming bodywork to manufacturers' specification.
- Mixing and colour-matching, painting all repaired areas to a high standard, and polishing as appropriate.
