Vehicle Sales Administration/Office Manager required in Cheltenham.

Starting salary up to £25,000 per annum. 
Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Our client, a large multi-site car dealer group established across the South West and West Midlands are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Sales Administration/Office Manager for their head office in Cheltenham.

Reporting to the Group Administration Director and working with a friendly accounts/administration team in a state-of-the-art working environment, you shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of five Vehicle Sales Administrators that cover our client's eight dealerships who provide a pro-active support to our client's vehicle sales/management teams in the function of processing vehicle sales to the point of vehicle delivery.

You will also assist in the registering vehicles and tax via AFRL, raising invoices, maintaining vehicle files, and checking and preparing reports for internal and external use alongside other ad-hoc administration duties. 
 
In order to be eligible you need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Cheltenham and have strong recent or current experience in vehicle sales administration as well as having experience supervising or managing a small team.

The successful candidate would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills, very strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge/ADP preferable).

A UK driving license with minimal points and an interested in cars would be beneficial but is not essential.
