Motorbike Service Manager Required in the Brighton Area

Our Client a well-known Motorcycle Dealership in the Brighton area currently have a unique opportunity to hire a Motorcycle Service Manager.
Our Client is seeking an individual who has a passion for motorcycles and possess strong leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the Motorbike Service Department, helping to create an outstanding service with customer care a key priority.
The Ideal Service Manager:

- Proven experience managing a service department or similar.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication & multi-tasking skills.
- Proven record of achieving set targets and planning for team development and business progression.
- Ability to problem solve and deal with any customer care issues.
- Overall responsibility in ensuring that the Service department is a safe place to work.
- Computer literate.
Our Client offers a competitive salary package with the opportunity for commission.
The successful Service Manager will ideally live within the Brighton, East Sussex area or be able to travel to the Brighton, East Sussex area and have a working experience of an Aftersales Department.
