Our Client requires an experienced automotive Service Administrator for their busy franchised main dealer aftersales department in the Nuneaton area.
As a key administrative role, you will be responsible for producing job cards, retail, warranty and 1 link invoicing on behalf of the service department.
In this busy and varied role, you will be exceptionally organised and able to work to the highest standard.
You will be a good team player with excellent communication skills, along with the ability to assist the Service Advisors seeing customers in and out at peak times when required.
There are various IT Systems and processes in place to assist you in your role, so being computer literate will be an advantage along with a keen eye for detail to ensure you are accurately recording our customer details.
Experience with a warranty, 1 link, pinnacle and other service systems would be advantageous, although our client will consider a Trainee (at a lower entry salary)
