Our client, is looking for a Bookings Advisor for the Prestige Contact Centre in the Canterbury area of Kent.
You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, dealing with customer queries and booking requests, making outbound calls to notify customers of recalls, MOT due dates and following up on campaigns, in association with the prestige car brands.
To succeed in this role, you must have an exceptional telephone manner and be polite and professional at all times. You should enjoy working as part of a team, have good attention to detail and be able to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service. Previous experience of working in a call centre would be an advantage, although training will be given to the right candidate.
Your standard hours of work will be 8 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, with one Saturday morning on a rota basis. In return, our client offers some great staff benefits including 24 days of holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays.
