Fleet Administrator

Fleet Administrator / Customer Support Executive required for Fleet & Leasing specialist. 

Starting salary of £25,000 + £3,600 up for grabs in bonus. 
Working hours are Monday – Friday covering the hours between 9am – 6pm. Saturdays on a rota basis 9am – 12pm.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established (and still growing!) Vehicle Fleet and Leasing specialist. 

Their main service is vehicle leasing and finance, accompanied by a full range of fleet management products. They offer a single source of supply for all makes and models of cars and vans and welcome customers looking for a business or personal vehicle lease. 

This is a varied position where you will play an important role in supporting the sales team with administrative duties and customer enquiries. 

Key responsibilities include performing activities relating to customer service, including but not limited to, answering inbound calls and emails, assisting with complaint handling, assisting with internal and external reporting, identifying sales opportunities and assisting in the processing of sales. 

You will build relationships both internally across multiple departments, as well as externally with customers creating confidence in my clients services and products. You will play an important part in retaining their client's business and help the department strive for new heights!
