Our client, a Main Dealer based in Aylesbury is seeking a Service Administrator to join their hardworking, busy and friendly Service Department.
They are currently seeking Service Administrator with Motor Trade experience who have been in a Service Administrator role or Similar within a minimum of 2 years.
Service Administrator will ideally have volume experience and knowledge using Kerridge.
Duties for this Service Administrator will include:
- Administer preparation work required for vehicle arrivals
- Manager service related administration
- Setting up and Maintaining Service Plans
- Calling customers with updates on their vehicles
- Meet and Greet customers when required
- You may be required to take bookings
- Preparation of invoices
If you are a successful Service Administrator, you will receive a Basic Salary up to £26,000 and the working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
