Office Administrator  

Our client a very successful Design, Manufacturer and Installation business in Diss is looking for an Administrator to work within their friendly, busy office.  

The ideal Office Administrator will have a strong admin experience within the production / manufacturing sectors.

Package for an Office Administrator: 

- 40 hours Mon-Fri
-08:30-5 or 8-4:30 depending on the individual preference 
- £20,000 - £24,000 depending on level of experience  
- 25 days holiday plus BH. (5 to be taken at Christmas) 

Responsibilities for an Office Administrator: 

- Customer support
- General Admin
- Accounts admin - Invoicing, debt collecting    
- Cover the spares / parts department occasionally 
- Develop cost-effective measures and to develop exceptional business practices.
- Dealing with incoming calls and business enquiries 
- Assisting with Planning Production 
- Liaising with Production Supervisors, Managers, Office Manager and Directors. 
- Dealing with and coordinating customer orders 
- Dealing with deliveries  

Requirements for an Office Administrator:

- Admin experience 
- Good computer skills 
- MRP experience  
- Micro Office
