Accounts Administrator for Fleet Business in Potters Bar

  • Basic salary up to £20,000 per annum
  • 40 hours Monday to Friday

Our client is a large Fleet Business in Potters Bar and they are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their busy and growing team.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong administration, organisational and computer skills, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment as part of a team.
They are ideally looking for some who has experience working in a fleet company, or other automotive business.
Some accounts and administration experience is required.

Duties of a Accounts Administrator with our Client

  • Adding new procurement's to the database
  • Accounting/Finance Administration
  • Updating service records
  • Issues purchase order to suppliers
  • Reconciling internal and external databases
  • Updating the company database
  • General fleet administration tasks as directed
