Aftersales Telesales Advisor Required in Coventry.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am-7.00pm (1 hour lunch) / No weekends.
Salary: Up to £24,000 basic / Bonus of £6,000 p.a.
Benefits: Company Pension / Holiday Allowance: 20 days + bank holidays.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Our client, a car finance and sales specialist, is actively looking to hire a well organised and professional automotive Aftersales Advisor.

The role will be office based dealing with customers and motor trade companies over the phone coordinating work that is required to be done on their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Speak to the customer, log the complaint on the system, analyse the situation and cost which will determine what work is done and at what location.
* Liaise with in-house Managers to get a background on the car and customer so you know how best to deal with the situation.
* Liaise with various garages around the UK booking required work in.
* Dealing with customer reviews and referrals, ensuring you get the feedback from every customer.
* Analyse reports and information, then delivering spending/cost reports to management after review.

The successful candidate will need a good knowledge of cars and their associate parts as well as be able to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.

Motor trade experience is essential.
