Automotive Telesales Executive required in Coventry.
Hours: 45 hours - Monday - Friday 9.00am-7.00pm (occasional weekends worked).
Package: £20,000 basic / OTE £30-35k p.a. + Company Car.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
This is a fast-paced, telesales office-based working environment within a small, friendly and energetic team. You will be responsible for selling Finance Packages and vehicles, closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities as the successful Automotive Telesales Executive:
* Follow up leads via inbound and outbound sales enquiries
* Contact potential or existing customers from databases.
* Qualify the customer requirements and close sales.
* Advise and sell finance-related products.
* Correctly maintain the customer database.
* Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
The ideal candidate will need to be hungry and driven to be successful within this role and be confident and proactive at picking up the phone and talking to customers. You must be an excellent communicator, have superior people skills and be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.
