Car Sales Administrator / Marketing Assistant

Our Client a growing Family Run Motor Dealership currently based in Croydon is looking to hire a Marketing Executive / Social Media Guru / Vehicle Sales Administrator for their busy car dealership.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fun working environment in a new and exciting role, this role will suit Marketing Executives currently working for an Automotive Dealership or somebody who has just finished a Business and Marketing Degree and want to get some professional work experience under their belt.

As Marketing Executive and Social Media Guru, you will have responsibility for:

* Establish the firm's Marketing & Communications strategy.

* Overall responsibility for the dealerships online presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ etc.).

* Taking Pictures & Videos and uploading them to various online market places

* Writing Car Advertisements and getting them publish via online and offline mediums

* Control external Marketing activity.

* Co-ordinate all internal communications.

* Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability.

* Ensuring the vehicles match up with the specification on a per vehicle basis


This role will also encompass general day to day Administration duties for our clients New & Used Sales Department; full training will be provided but you will be expected to complete the following duties:

· Processing customer orders,

· Seeing through customer's Vehicle Sales Administration from start to finish; including coordination of legal registration of the vehicle using the AFRL System

· Pre Delivery Inspection administration,

· Customer hand over and payment arrangements.


The ideal candidate will need to be IT Literate, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be an excellent organiser with a great multi-tasking ability.

Hours of work: 9am - 5.30pm with a lunch break and salaries ranging from £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience.

As this role is located in Croydon being able to drive daily is essential.
