New Car Sales Executive required in Swansea!
£15,000 basic salary with £45,000 uncapped OTE!
Mon-Sat with day off in the week and 1 in 2 Sun!
Company car and full brand accredited training!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New Car Sales Executive to join our client's franchise approved car dealership based in Swansea!

Reporting to the General Sales Manager and working alongside several other new car sales staff and a Business Manager, as a New Car Sales Executive you will be required to sell new cars, associated add-ons and accessories, and finance and insurance related products with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays. You are required to ensure demonstration vehicles are well maintained, clean and available at all times. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the car. You must explain warranty and service arrangements, introduce customers to the aftersales team where possible and demonstrate the cars features and offer any other support that may be required.

In order to be eligible you will ideally live in the Swansea region or within a reasonable commuting distance of Swansea. Our client has requested that strong prior or current car sales experience (either new or used) is mandatory. Overall you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships and have a genuine passion to work for our client and the brand they represent. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.

For your hard work as a New Car Sales Experience our client is offering...

  • Starting basic salary of £15,000 per annum.

The hours worked are 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday (late night shift on rota) with Saturdays 9:00am-6:00pm and 1 in 2 Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm. You will also receive 1 in 6 Saturdays off.
