A not-to-miss opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New/Used Car Sales Executive at our client's franchise approved dealership in Port Talbot!

SALES JOB SPECIFICATION:

Reporting to the General Sales Manager and working within a medium sized sales team, you will be required to sell new and used cars, accessories, finance and insurance related products, extended warranties and various other add-ons with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets. You will effectively manage the customer through the entire sales process; from enquiry to delivery and beyond ensuring you achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction. This is all with a view to building rapport and lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. You will also update our client's records with customer information ensuring accurate data capture allowing you to proactively seek and secure repeat and additional sales using prospecting, follow-up, referral and other available methods.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:

In order to be eligible, you must live in the Port Talbot region or be within a reasonable commuting distance of Port Talbot. Our client is looking for candidates with a stable and successful track record in new/used car sales alongside a UK driving license with minimal points. Overall you must be highly customer-focussed, have a smart appearance, be IT literate, organised with your workload, and be highly motivated with the ability to work towards KPI's and under pressure due to the large and fast-paced nature of our client's dealership.

PACKAGE DETAILS:

For your hard work, our client is offering…

* Starting basic salary of £13,000 per annum.
* An uncapped and realistic on-target-earning of up to £42,500+ per annum subject to sales performance and customer service scorings.
* Initial salary guarantee for first 3 months of employment.

As a Car Sales Executive you are required to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am-6:00pm with a day off in the week. You are also required to work Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and one in two Sundays 11:00am-4:00pm. You will also receive one in six weekends off.
