We are seeking a Customer Contact Advisor to join our Client's Prestige Main Dealership in the Maidenhead area.

Duties of a Customer Contact Advisor with our Client

  • Answering incoming & outgoing calls to the Booking Centre on behalf of the Dealership
  • To make service / repair / MOT bookings for all centres
  • To ensure all customer records are checked and updated on each contact
  • To identify key opportunities internally and externally
  • To follow up customer calls when necessary
  • To work closely with the aftersales departments

  • Articulate and excellent telephone manner
  • Full UK Driving License
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, practical and able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
