Basic Salary of up to £25,000
35 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Our client a Motor Insurance company based in London is currently looking to add to their Motor claims team by hiring an experienced Counter Fraud Handler.
Based from their London offices, with excellent, rail, road and bus networks, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading name in Motor Insurance, with all the benefits expected of working with a large and well run organisation.
Purpose of Role
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that you assist the company's claims team in preventing and detecting fraud in a way that complies with relevant all current legislative and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will do this through effective management of claims referred to them; whilst also identifying waste in their processes and work with the whole team on continued process improvement.
Ensure your contribution to the fraud savings objectives for the year is maximised.
Be aware of the changing legal and regulatory environment and help identify processes and systems which should change to comply and maximise fraud detection.
Maintain & improve your skills to improve delivery of your accountabilities and objectives. Seek training and development where required.
Comply with all risk management activity and follow agreed process.
Use your knowledge and experience to remove waste and improvement processes.
Create and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of Objectives.
Skills and qualities you'll need:
Previous motor claims handling experience including: Initiation and investigation, negotiation and settlement, claims quantum and assessment
Experience of Bodily Injury and Counter Fraud knowledge is desirable, but not essential
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and work methodically
